Khalid El-Rayes
Senior Project Manager , National HighwaysI started at National Highways ten years ago after 12 years at the Ministry of Justice. Within a year I found myself move from property to an APM role on the A556 and haven’t looked back.
I have managed a number of schemes, from motorways to junction improvements around Manchester and the Pennines. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else, being a National Highways Project Manager is at the same time challenging, rewarding but most importantly, fun.
There is nothing like leaving behind a legacy that supports the community whether local or strategic.
