XAIS-PTS is a specialist provider of pavement engineering and infrastructure asset management services. It is based in Preston, with offices in Doncaster and Reading. It was formed in 2024 through the merger of XAIS (Asset Management) Ltd and Pavement Testing Services Ltd, and is part of Phenna Group. The company brings together advanced survey technology, its own asset management software, expert consultancy, design services and in-house materials testing. XAIS-PTS works with National Highways, local authorities, contractors and airfield operators, helping them understand, maintain and invest in their road and pavement networks. It holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification.
