Stand E6
At CPT we are proud to design and manufacture cutting edge corrosion control solutions for reinforced concrete structures and masonry encased steel framed buildings. From our UK base we manufacture and distribute our unique DuoGuard and PatchGuard systems worldwide. If you manage or own a structure suffering from corrosion related cracking and spalling we would be delighted to hear from you. Our corrosion experts are on hand to assist you with concrete testing, specification preparation and supply of corrosion control materials. Our aim is always to extend structural life and minimise maintenance costs. Please feel free to contact us anytime

Duoguard FINAL
DuoGuard™ Hybrid Anode Stops corrosion and extends structural life. 2nd generation targeted protection 20 – 50 years protection Benefit of both impressed current and galvanic cathodic protection, no permanent power source required Manufactured in the UK to ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Our unique DuoGuard™ range of discrete anodes features innovative dual technology to arrest steel reinforcement corrosion within 7 days. DuoGuard™ is installed into concrete structures to stop reinforcing steel corrosion caused by chloride salts and carbonation. It can be used to protect contaminated but unspalled concrete saving the time and cost of replacing the concrete material. With a long system lifetime the DuoGuard™ anode provides a cost effective, maintenance free method of corrosion protection.
Patchguard FINAL
PatchGuard™ Galvanic Anode Extends the life of contaminated reinforced concrete. 2nd generation targeted protection Up to 20 years protection Galvanic protection for areas of reinforced concrete at risk of corrosion damage Manufactured in the UK to ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Highways England specification clause 5712 Type1b compliant PatchGuard™ anodes extend the life and area of Patch repairs. Our PatchGuard™ galvanic anodes redress the electrochemical imbalance induced through removal of contaminated concrete in patch repairs, commonly known as the Incipient Anode Effect. PatchGuard™ anodes corrode preferentially to the surrounding steel – protecting it from further corrosion damage.
