Dewesoft UK

Stand D7
Dewesoft (https://www.dewesoft.com) is a leading provider of Structural Health Monitoring tools for bridges, tunnels, buildings and other critical structures. Our powerful analytical tools, dashboards, and rich visualizations help speed up the transformation of sensor data into meaningful information. Bundled with alarm notifications and customized reports, we are strengthening decision-making, risk management, and structure safety. Our low noise MEMS-based triaxial sensors are installed on bridges, wind turbine towers, historical buildings (and residential areas) to monitor vibration levels and dynamic responses. Dewesoft has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for companies that demand the highest standards of data quality and performance. Dewesoft Monitoring solutions push the boundaries of what's possible. In addition to vibration and inclination, we have modules for strain and temperature measurement. All of these devices can be housed in IP67 enclosures and use a standard CAT6 cable with RJ45 connector to link multiple units - each up to 50 m away from the next and with perfect synchronisation across the entire chain. Our general instruments can capture data from any sensor (to measure parameters such as voltage, current, strain, force, torque, pressure, distance, speed, rotational angle, rotational speed, velocity, vibration, sound, video, GPS, IMU - everything perfectly synchronised) and incorporate data from other sources to provide a complete picture of inputs and responses. Operational Modal Analysis and fatigue life calculations, often used in Structural Health Monitoring, are readily available with software plug-ins. We comply with IIoT and industry 4.0 interfaces, including OPC UA, Siemens S7, EtherCAT, and more. We provide seamless connectivity to your existing ERP, SCADA, and IT infrastructure. Cloud-based monitoring allows easy data access and monitoring from anywhere, fully compatible with existing data flows. DEWESoft was founded in the year 2000 and today, our products are being used in almost all industries around the world. DEWESoft has positioned itself in the global market with innovations in software and hardware products, gaining the trust of our customers by working closely with them, taking and reacting to their feedback to help develop solutions that are perfectly in tune with their test and measurement needs. With our data acquisition hardware covered by a 7 year warranty as standard, coupled with our refreshing approach to software licensing, with no ongoing software maintenance or subscription costs, the overall cost of ownership makes DEWESoft an extremely cost effective solution.

  • Dewesoft Dynamic Bridge Monitoring Brochure
Introduction to the Dewesoft solution for monitoring bridges and other structures with multiple input devices and broadcast to cloud-based data historian for remote reviewing. Dewesoft data acquisition systems are used in structural health and seismic bridge monitoring projects ranging from structural mechanics to continuous monitoring of large, complex bridge structures.
  • Low Noise Structural Health Monitoring Sensor Package
The IOLITE 3xMEMS ACC is a low noise (25 micro-g per root Hertz), triaxial accelerometer and digitiser which can also measure (static) inclination in two planes. It is the backbone of Dewesoft's structural health monitoring offering. It is immume to electrical noise, making it ideal for use close to electrified railways, has an optional IP67-rated enclosure and thanks to its Ethernet-based data protocol is super easy to install with a single cable to a chain of sensors distributed across your structure with up to 100 m between devices.
  • Ultra Low Noise Structural Health Monitoring Sensor Package
The IOLITE 3xMEMS ACC-S is an ultra low noise (0.7 micro-g per root Hertz), triaxial accelerometer and digitiser. It is a key part of Dewesoft's structural health monitoring offering - especially suited to stiff structures or those with low levels of ambient excitation (such as pedestrian bridges). It is immume to electrical noise, making it ideal for use close to electrified railways, has an optional IP67-rated enclosure and thanks to its Ethernet-based data protocol, is super easy to install with a single cable to a chain of sensors distributed across your structure with up to 50 m (probably more!) between devices.
  • Long Term Monitoring Projects
A selection of case studies where Dewesoft hardware and software have been used to capture data from multiple sensors over longer periods of time - from construction noise/vibration to elevating bridge deck machinery monitoring to railway viaduct structural health monitoring

IOLITEiw-3xMEMS ACC
IOLITEiw-3xMEMS ACC
IOLITEi 3xMEMS-ACC is an integrated sensing device with low noise and ultra low noise options (25 and 0.7 micro-g per root Hertz respectively). Acceleration is measured by a triaxial MEMS accelerometer inside the device that is tightly attached to the mechanical chassis. Analog to digital conversion is done inside the device, eliminating any noise pick up in analog cabling. Microprocessor inside the device transmits the acceleration samples over EtherCAT protocol into DEWESoft software running on a Windows PC, or alternatively to any controller running EtherCAT master on any platform. Scaling is automatic in DEWESoft software, therefore the data in g or m/s2 is readily available to the user. MEMS sensor internal temperature is also available as a data channel in DEWESoft software under System monitor channels.
NEMOSENSE
NEMOSENSE
NEMOSENSE is a tailor-made IoT device that combines a vibration data acquisition device, a data logger, and a low-noise triaxial MEMS accelerometer. It is an ideal vibration monitoring solution for permanent condition monitoring of structures such as bridges, buildings, antennas, wind turbines and stadiums. It offers a great price-performance ratio.
Dewesoft X
Dewesoft X
Our core philosophy is one software for all test and measurement applications. DewesoftX is the result of this philosophy. It combines data recording features from several data interfaces as well as packs very strong signal processing features. The software offers advanced data recording, data analysis, data visualization, reporting features, and everything in between in a single easy-to-use software suite. This approach introduces many improvements to your daily test and measurement work. Learn less, do more, and most importantly, do it faster. The option to expand to new applications without investing in new hardware will save you time and money.
Dewesoft Historian
Dewesoft Historian
Historian is a database software service for long-term and permanent monitoring. It provides storage into an InfluxDB time-series database for long-term and permanent monitoring applications.

The operational modal analysis allows you to measure and analyze the structural dynamics of machines, vehicles, constructions, and other devices as they behave while in operation. With OMA you can estimate the same modal parameters as with the traditional experimental modal techniques (EMA - experimental modal analysis), but without requiring information and control of external input excitations like shakers and impact hammers. The modal parameters are the mode shape, the natural frequency, and the damping ratio. OMA is not just another name for ODS (Operating Deflection Shapes), since OMA determines and separates noise and inputs from the output data and returns the unbiased modal information only - enabling estimations of modal models from the operational data. OMA is also referred to as output-only modal analysis, ambient response analysis, ambient modal analysis, in-operation modal analysis, and natural input modal analysis.
